In this 90-minute live online session, you will be gently guided to open your breath, soften into your body, and release what no longer serves you — all within a safe, nurturing space of unconditional love.

Each session weaves together movement, breathwork, and somatic healing to help you:
Drawing from 27 years as a trauma-informed breathworker, spiritual guide, dancer, and yogini, I warmly welcome you into this sacred journey into your authentic self.
Our session begins with a gentle, feel-good movement practice I have created called Breath Dance — a nourishing fusion of dance, martial arts, yoga, affirmations and breathwork designed to awaken your body and uplift your spirit.
After opening up the body and gently releasing any issues in your tissues, we will move into a grounding meditation to root you deeply into the earth, the safety in your body and the present moment. You will be guided to bless your body and call in an intention for your practice.
Now we are ready to breathe! I will guide you to gently open your respiratory system, clear emotional blocks, reclaim your voice and connect with the unconditional love of the earth. We will practice connected, circular breathing, beginning at the root of the breath — the womb — and flowing all the way up to the crown. You will experience ways of moving energy through sound and movement that are unique to this process.
Throughout each session, I tune into the group’s energy and channel a unique, intuitive experience that incorporates carefully curated music, breath, sound, and movement, supporting you to feel deeply held and guided.
