Being a healthy human can be hard. We all come to our health journey with roots deeply entangled in our personal history.  It doesn't help that in today's world convenience has completely overshadowed the need we have for healthy food, air, water, and movement. Working with a health coach that prioritizes compassion is one of the most sustainable ways to make changes as you untangle old, unhealthy patterns.
