Finding support on your health journey in the vast amount of information, diets, and programs that exist in our world today can be overwhelming. Sometimes we just need someone in our corner who approaches health with compassion and individuality. We are all unique, and our process needs to reflect that. A good health coach will respect the nuances of your journey, and offer a wide range of support. They go beyond the traditional clinical approach to wellness and help you dive into your interwoven mental and physical health.
Aryan's health and wellness approach stems from three main principles- breath work, eating plant based nutrient rich foods, and fun movement (like dance). She has witnessed these universal principals bring wellness and ease and to many folks struggling with health issues of all types. With over 20 years of experience, she can help you sort through mental blocks by customizing breathing, eating, and movement practices to help dial in your wellness journey. Coupled with love and genuine care for your mental health, Aryana offers you a holistic approach to the wellness experience. By scheduling private coaching sessions, you are able to fully open up to achieving your goals in a safe and supportive way.
Being a healthy human can be hard. We all come to our health journey with roots deeply entangled in our personal history. It doesn't help that in today's world convenience has completely overshadowed the need we have for healthy food, air, water, and movement. Working with a health coach that prioritizes compassion is one of the most sustainable ways to make changes as you untangle old, unhealthy patterns. You don't have to be alone creating and sticking to new ones, we all need support.
Aryana offers a wide range of in person and virtual workshops. Monthly breath work meetups, regenerative food training, and dance/ movement classes can really help you find community and friendships that support your wellness journey.
